AteamBC is recognized by the IRS as a public charity under section 501(c)(3).(Nonprofit) Contributions are deductible under section 170 of the Code. AteamBC is also qualified to receive tax deductible bequests, devices, transfers or gifts under section 2055, 2106, or 2522 of the code.

AteamBC admits children/youth of any race, color, national origin, and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to individuals admitted to our program. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, and ethnic origin in admission policies, or any athletic or other parts administered within the program.
